‘Studied like bacteria’: Russian space agency chief comments on how aliens were able to visit Earth

The head of the Roscosmos space agency, Dmitry Rogozin, admitted on Saturday that Russia was researching unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

Rogozin told news outlet Rossiya-24 that 99.9% of UFO sighting reports were later determined to be “atmospheric and other physical phenomena,” according to Newsweek. He further noted that “we may be subject to external observation,” the outlet reported.

His comments came after pilots reported seeing UFOs, mostly during test flights, according to Newsweek. “We can study bacteria, but we can also be studied as bacteria,” Rogozin reportedly continued. (RELATED: Multiple Military Witnesses Describe UFO Encounter)

“If we talk about specific facts of the so-called UFO [sightings], which could have taken place on Earth throughout the history of mankind, about which NASA speaks, I would like to say that these studies were carried out and are carried out by our Russian Academy of Sciences, among others. Facts are collected and verified,” Rogozin said, the outlet continued, noting that his lyrics were potentially translated into English from his native Russian.

Roscosmos is said to have already been in contact with NASA about UFO reports. NASA announced June 9 that the agency was commissioning a survey team to begin examining UFOs, or “unidentified aerial phenomena” (UAPs). The announcement came after the Pentagon admitted during congressional hearings in May that it had had at least 11 near misses with UAPs.
