Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif reportedly tested positive for Covid-19

Looks like Bollywood has once again become a target of the coronavirus. Following the rise in covid-19 positive cases in Maharashtra, India. Superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif have again contracted the deadly virus.

According to the multiple reports, Kaif recently tested positive and she has also completed her quarantine period. The two did not confirm the news.

Katrina was supposed to start filming her next project ‘Merry Christmas’ with Vijay Sethupathi, but filming was canceled after her diagnosis. She also skipped the IIFA awards ceremony held in Abu Dhabi where her husband Vicky Kaushal won Best Actor for ‘Sardar Udham’. Aditya Roy Kapur has also reportedly tested positive.

This is the second time Katrina and SRK have contracted the virus.

In the midst of it all, some media have covered that Karan Johar’s big 50th birthday party has turned into a super-spreader of the virus. He threw a big birthday party and all the stars of the industry showed up at Yash Raj studios. A report from Bollywood Hungama says Johar’s party allegedly turned into a superspreader event leaving more than 50 guests infected with Covid-19, via IANS.

A source told the portal: “Karan’s close friends from the Bollywood film industry are infected with Covid after the party, although they do not disclose that they have tested positive.”

Meanwhile, Kartik Aaryan has also tested positive for the virus. The actor was supposed to perform at the IIFA 2022 party in Abu Dhabi, but now, sadly, he will have to skip the ceremony.

Aaryan shared his diagnosis on his Instagram account. This is the second time Kartik has tested positive for the virus. He captioned the post as, “Sab kuch itna positive chal raha tha, Covid se raha nahi gaya (Everything was fine so how could Covid bear to stay away).”
