Bollywood KK singer’s wife Jyothi Krishna along with their son Nakul and daughter Taamara were clicked at Kolkata airport on Wednesday afternoon as they arrived to take the singer’s remains home.
The family were seen exiting the airport and did not interact with the press who had gathered outside the airport. They were later clicked entering the hospital in Kolkata where the latter singer’s body was kept.
A few hours before his disappearance, the legendary singer performed at the Nazrul Mancha auditorium until 8:30 p.m. Suddenly, he fell ill and was taken to CMRI Hospital in Kolkata, where he was pronounced dead.

The news of his untimely passing left his fan and the entertainment industry in shock, the legendary singer was blessed with a loud yet melodious voice that his fans will remember for many decades.
KK was one of the most versatile singers in the Indian film industry and recorded songs in several languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Bengali.
He is best known for his songs like ‘Zindagi Do Pal Ki’ from movie ‘Kites’, ‘Aankhon Mein Teri’ from movie ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘Khuda Jaane’ from movie ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’, ‘Tadap Tadap’ from movie ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ among others.
West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said the singer will receive a gun salute from Rabindra Sadan of Kolkata. The autopsy is still in progress. The film will return by the 5:15 p.m. flight.
