Fans get nostalgic as Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan join Madhuri Dixit for an iconic selfie

The internet is awash with photos and videos from producer Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party held at YRF Studios on May 25. Several Bollywood celebrities attended the party including Gauri Khan, Farah Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Katrina Kaif among others. Although these photos surprised netizens, there is a selfie posted by Madhuri Dixit that fans could not miss.

Bollywood’s ‘Dhak-Dhak’ girl took to her Instagram handle on Friday and posted a picture posing with husband Dr Shriram Nene for which they were joined by top B-town stars including Shah Rukh Khan , Gauri Khan and Salman Khan.

Giving us a major nostalgia moment, Madhuri captioned the post and wrote, “So much to say, right?” Salman wore a black t-shirt and jacket over it and paired it with blue ripped denim while SRK, Madhuri and Shriram were seen in all-black outfits and Gauri looked stunning in a shimmery gold dress.

The photo instantly hit the internet and fans went gaga to see the stars together in one frame. One user commented, “All captions in one frame,” while another wrote, “Hum Dil de chuke Sanam, assemble.” A third wrote: “And it’s breaking the internet tonight!”

“Salman and SRK,” wrote another, adding a red heart emoji and a heart-eyes emoji. Reminiscent of the famous couple of Salman and Madhuri from “Hum Aapke Hain Koun,” one of them commented on “Prem & Nisha.” A video of Shah Rukh being joined by other celebrities dancing to the party’s song “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” is also going viral on the internet.

In the 90s, Madhuri Dixit had worked with Shah Rukh and Salman in several successful films. Salman and Madhuri teamed up for hit movies like “Saajan” and “Hum Apke Hai Koun..” while Madhuri worked alongside Shah Rukh in “Devdas”, “Anjaam”, “Dil Toh Paagal Hai”. Salman also made a guest appearance in Shah Rukh’s feature “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai”.

On the work side, three of the stars have a series of projects in sight. Madhuri was last seen in Netflix series ‘The Fame Game’, Shah Rukh will next be seen in Yash Raj Films’ ‘Pathaan’ alongside Deepika Padukone and Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming title ‘Dunki’. Salman Khan’s upcoming films include ‘Kick 2’, ‘Tiger 3’ and ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’.
