Billie Eilish interrupts London concert after fans suffer from heat

American singer and songwriter Billie Eilish on Saturday night was forced to put her concert on hold after fans ran into trouble at London’s O2 arena.

According to Deadline, the hot temperatures inside the auditorium meant some fans were at risk of being crushed and overwhelmed, which she spotted and stopped her music.

Some time later, fans were seen tending to each other and Eilish was able to resume her concert after a few minutes.

The 20-year-old Oscar-winning star had previously stopped a show in Atlanta after noticing a concertgoer having difficulty breathing and calling for an inhaler.

Later this month, Eilish will headline Glastonbury Festival this year, making her the youngest solo headliner in the event’s history.

Crowd safety has come under scrutiny following the tragedy at Travis Scott’s Astroworld festival last year, when 10 concert-goers were killed in a crash at the concert in Houston, according to Deadline. .
